CHAPTER 1

YIPPEE!, YIPPEE!, YIPPEE! YIPPEE!, said the children so bright and early. That sound ringing out throughout each house, from one home to the next.

Mommy! Mommy! Today is the day! Said Tamya, Donte and Tray. While the little ones, Icsis and Isaac lay fast asleep.

Yes! Today is the day, to grandmas house you go. One, two, three days HORRAY! Said mommy.

While across town two others said, "mommy! Daddy! Get up! Get up! Today is the day! Said Laron and Laroy. Shshsh! Okay, before you wake Larenz, the baby so warm and so snug.

The plane was now landing and look who jumps off! Little Donte who traveled so far to spend the whole weekend, with grandma and all.

YIPPEE! YIPPEE! As he ran off, dragging the stewardess to meet his grandpa.

Are we there yet? Yelled, little Donte for traveling so far. Not yet grandson, said Paw Paw and laughed, lets pick up the others that's standing in the yard.

Hello! Said Keelia, let's hurry! Said A'Blessed, and Taelyn just smiled, while Kameron said nothing just looked in surprise.

Two different families round up in their cars, nothing was packed, because grandma has it all.

They buckled up the children, and threw in some snacks.

Off to grandmas house with sunshine and snow. Brrrr!

The trip was so quite as the roads got narrow, then twenty five minutes later, "turn left, turn left!" yelled Tamya, like mommy didn't know. Were here! Were here! They all said together, YIPPEE! YIPPEE!

As the other car pulled up, Laron's voice rang out, my cousins! my cousins! They're all here too!

A few moments later, the others arrived, dashing out the car, let the fun begin!

Graaannndma! Said Isaac, Were here! Were here! Then the door opens the children fell on the floor, and grandma starts laughing, as she waved at their parents, "I'll see you in three days!
