Grammar toward Professionalism
In this indispensable book, Dr. Martha J. Cook presents a concise, easy-to-follow journey though the grammatical hierarchy of the English language.

Dr. Cook begins by identifying and impressing upon the reader the importance of the eight parts of speech. She arranges them in families for easy identification and emphasizes that the parts of speech must be put together so that the speaker uses them correctly and the reader wants to read more. Most of what we write is read when the author is not around. We must write using punctuation, capitalization, and spelling correctly so the reader understands the writer, and every sentence must be in a logical order and evaluated (edited) by the author to ensure clarity.

Use this book to understand the terminology and advance your communication skills, and your oral and written grammar will improve as much as your effort.
