About the Author

J.E. Wright is a freelance writer from Brooklyn, New York, and a self-proclaimed "Xennial," rejecting her true Millennial cohorts. She recognized her passion and aptitude for writing as a child while growing up in Jamaica W.I. however, her compassion for others influenced the pursuit of a career as a clinical social worker. For the past fifteen years, she has dedicated her professional life to serve others as a clinician in New York City jails.
