If you read the Bible, Yahweh (God) considers you to be a GOOD PERSON! What does it mean that He considers you to be a GOOD individual? "And Jonathan spake good of David unto Saul his father, and said unto him, Let not the king sin against his servant, against David; because he hath not sinned against thee, and because his works have been [toward thee] very GOOD." First Samuel 25:15 characterizes a people as "friendly" or "useful" ... "But the men were very GOOD unto us, and we were not hurt, neither missed we anything, as long as we were conversant with them, when we were in the fields...." As you can observe, the first thing mentioned in our text is a GOOD PERSON. What makes a person GOOD in the sight of the Lord? It is not what is GOOD in the attitude of men. We need to emphasize that the GOODness is in the sight of Yahweh.What vital, fundamental principles will you see in these passages as we study this word?
