God's Portrait of a Righteous Woman: How to Live Out the Life God Has Purposed for Women
We do not study God's Word to merely learn truth but to be transformed by the truth that we learn.

It is the truth of God's Word that sets us free (John 8:32). Many live in emotional and spiritual bondage, unaware of it or unable to escape from it—sometimes feeling hopeless in their condition. God's Portrait of a Righteous Woman points women of all ages, ethnicities, and stages of life to the truth of God's Word in order to equip them for the task of exposing Satan's lies, being set free into the life God designed.

Pointing to pertinent issues of culture today, this book offers a glimpse into the life we have waiting for us, full of hope, joy, and victory through Christ, as we walk in our purpose. May God's Portrait be seen in our hearts while we eagerly await our Father's words: "Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master" (Matthew 25:23). Amen and Amen.

"...when you received from us the word of God's message, you accepted it not as the word of men, but for what it really is, the word of God, which also performs its work in you who believe." —1 Thessalonians 2:13

About the Author

Marie Strain began her inductive Bible study journey in 1977, leading weekly Precept Bible studies (continued to this day). She served the Lord as a workshop trainer for Precept Ministries, International, from 1984 until she resigned in 2013, and has been teaching a Sunday school class of multi-generational ladies since 1999. Because Marie is convictional that Christians should be constantly learning the truth of God’s Word and growing in the knowledge of their God in order to serve Him more faithfully, she consistently uses Precept Ministries’ material that enables women to be transformed into the image of our Lord and Savior—all for the glory of God and the advancement of His Kingdom. Marie and Lee Strain, who have two grown daughters, have been married for sixty-plus years and live in Collierville, TN.
