Materials

• 14" x 16" piece 28-count white linen or 14-count white Aida from Wichelt Imports Inc.*

• One skein each DMC® or Sullivans® USA six-strand embroidery floss

• Size 24 tapestry needle

• Professionally framed

Stitch Count: 113H x 140W

Design Size: 8 1/8" x 10"

Instructions: Cross stitch over two threads on linen or over one square on Aida using two strands of floss. When two colors are bracketed together, use one strand of each. Work ¼ cross stitch where small symbols appear using two strands of floss.

Backstitch over two threads on linen or over one square on Aida using one strand of floss.

Work French knot where • appears using two strands 3787/45395 and wrapping floss around needle once.
