Are you suffering with chronic migraines? Do you continuously feel nauseous? Is your digestive system in a constant state of upheaval, including constipation, diarrhea, and stomach upset? Do you constantly feel lethargic and have you lost the energy that you may have once had? Is your mind constantly in a fog? Do you have trouble focusing and thinking?

The author, John Pope, has experienced all of these symptoms and many more. In his case, all of these symptoms, incredibly, were attributed to one insidious little protein called gluten.
