About the Author

Keffy R.M. Kehrli is a transgender writer, editor, and scientist who is currently
working on a PhD in Genetics. He is a 2008 graduate of Clarion UCSD and his
work has been published in a number of magazines, including Lightspeed, Apex,
and Uncanny. His short story, “The Road, and the Valley, and the Beasts” was
reprinted in the Lambda Award-winning Transcendent 2: The Year’s Best
Transgender Speculative Fiction, edited by Bogi Takacs. He edited for Shimmer
Magazine for four years between 2010 and 2014, and started his own magazine,
GlitterShip, in 2015.

Nibedita Sen is a queer Bengali writer from Calcutta, and a graduate of Clarion
West 2015 whose work has appeared or is forthcoming in Podcastle, Nightmare,
and Fireside. These days, she can be found working as an editor in NYC while
consuming large amounts of coffee and videogames. She helps edit GlitterShip,
an LGBTQ SFF podcast, enjoys the company of puns and potatoes, destroying
speculative fiction as part of the Queer Asian SFFH Illuminati, and is nearly
always hungry.
