The moment I took my hand off of the knob, the drawer flew back open.
I stared at it dumbly, my mouth hanging open. And there was my vibrator again, unwrapped, in plain view, right in the middle of the drawer.

I began to lean over to close the drawer again, but I felt something brush against my shoulder. I let out a gasp. There was nothing there but the air around me, but I was sure that I was being touched.
I sat completely still, except for my heavy breathing. There it was again! I was positive that there was something at my shoulder. The sensation was cool and almost a little tingly, sending a shiver down my spine.
