About the Author

DAVID L. BAKER is a lecturer in Biblical Studies at All Nations Christian College in Hertfordshire, England. He previously taught in Indonesia for over twenty years, with a special interest in the Old Testament. During that time, he was also involved in theological publishing, Bible translation, and church ministry. More recently he has been deputy warden at Tyndale House, Cambridge, and Old Testament lecturer at Trinity Theological College in Perth, Australia. He has a PhD from the University of Sheffield, UK.
