The average senior is very uncertain of their place in society because of being disconnected from the workplace or due to the rapid pace of change in all our lives. Seniors today are simply looking to do three things when it comes to reaching their own goals in life just like every other age demographic. Some may just want to find a job while others are looking to supplement their retirement income and pursue their true passions in life. Others might want to start a business.
There is a plethora of challenges up against seniors in these modern times and my aim is to help them realize that they have so much to offer – and so much to leverage – in their senior years. In a world that seems geared toward the youth, there is still more than enough room for seniors to step back into the workplace and shake things up for the better.
