I want you to not do certain things. Here is why you need this book. Career services and career coaches generally don't have any knowledge of how to get a job in sports. They can help you with resumes, cover letter and searches. They might be able to help you land a coveted stockbroker or insurance agent job. However, I seriously doubt they can get you a basketball operations job. I don't know if they can get your foot in the door.
