About the Author

As a two-time All-American running back at Emory & Henry College, Oliver Jordan set numerous college, state, and national records. He received the Conference and State Player of the Year awards and helped his team win three conference championships. He currently holds the collegiate record of 19.6 yards per carry.

Jordan is a USATF certified coach and certified performance trainer. He has developed a stellar conditioning program for up and coming athletes.
