Genesis, Eventide Book 1
Seventeen year old Alan de Quincey has always been a little different. Proper and meticulous, he was born into a wealthy family. Social hierarchy isn't the only thing that shaped his life, though, he was also born with a gift--he is a witch.

After Alan's parents are slain by werewolves, he takes up the family quest to discover what happened to his long lost sister. When he is bitten, he instead finds a curse.

Forced to leave all remnants of his past behind in order to protect the ones he loves, Alan races against time to find Eventide, a mythical book said to contain the cure for Lycanthropy. Forced to ally with sworn enemies and trust those who would have him dead, little is certain. What is clear, is if Alan does not find the relic, he will not only lose his future, but also his past.

Genesis is the first novel in the follow-up-series to K.A. Poe's Forevermore, but can be read as a stand-alone series. This novel is approximately 70,000 words in length (300 pages).

K.A. Poe's passions have always been writing and reading, escaping reality and starting adventures in worlds beyond the mundane familiarity of Earth. Full of imagination, creativity and wonderment, K.A. Poe almost always has a fresh idea in mind for a new tale to tell. When she isn't reading or writing she can be found playing video games or designing in Photoshop. She is a hoarder of colorful socks and admirer of squirrels and penguins (and by "admirer", this clearly means she squeals at the mere sight of either animal).

She resides in Indiana with her husband and daughter. Accompanying the trio is K.A. Poe's writing assistant Aries (who happens to be a cat and doesn't do much in the way of assisting or writing, unless you consider sleeping on the keyboard helpful... ) and their two other furry companions - Lyra and Gemini.
