Joshua Ortega is a U.S. born writer and novelist who published his first novel Frequencies in 1998. Ortega has written several comics such Star Wars Tales, Necromancer, which he co-created with Flash writer and artist Francis Manapul, as well as writing the hugely popular game Gears of War 2.
