About the Author

Joshua D. Howell, out of Omaha, Nebraska, wrote his first novel in high school and published it while serving overseas in the military. After traveling the world, he returned to civilian life and ultimately to his writing roots. Since publishing the first book in the Fierce Saga, Joshua has traveled the country to several comic conventions and book expos to meet his fans and make new ones. He has received awards for several works of poetry, as well as for a few short stories published in various fiction anthologies. He has a deep passion for all things media; film, literature, and music. He especially adores the mysteries of science fiction. This novel marks the fourth book published under the Fierce Literature imprint; the first being the graphic novel adaption of The Fierce Are Fading.
