About the Author

David Litvin has spent most of his adult life in two worlds. The first was in the Basque sport of Jai Alai. He was the U.S National Amateur Jai-Alai champion in 1990. He played jai alai in the Campeonato De Mundial (World Championship) in Havana, Cuba, as part of the Pan American Games. As a representative of the United States, a fourth-place finish earned the U.S. a berth in the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona, Spain.

Later, his attention turned to the world of poker where he was a profitable, professional player and later a poker dealer, poker tournament director, and poker room director. His previous work is a musical stage play about the world of high stakes poker, All In: The Poker Musical, which featured original songs by Grammy award winner Vini Poncia.
