About the Author

Hannah Busekrus (aka, Hanasaurusrex) is a graphic designer, illustrator, fiber artist, and yarn bomber who found her love of amigurumi when she realized she could turn her character designs into three-dimensional figures that could further evoke the imagination where two-dimensional graphics left off. Forever a kid at heart, toys are a daily part of her life. And though she has crafted several large-scale fiber art museum installations, including twin 10-foot tall mermaids, it is inevitable she’ll return to making tiny little treasures such as cheeseburgers the size of your thumbnail or dolls that fit in the palm of your hand. But she doesn’t crochet all the time! Sometimes she knits, and sometimes she builds racing drones, but that’s a whole 'nother story!
