About the Author

Kristal Sapien was born and raised in El Paso, Tx. She is a self-published author. Kristal Sapien writes children books and poetry anthologies.
While working on her Associates degree in college, she submitted her poems to Chrysalis the El Paso Community College’s literary and arts journal.
After submitting her poems, she received her first publication notice as a contributor, and has had her poems published by them for the past two years. It was in that moment, that she was inspired to self-publish her own books. She hopes that her poems will reach others facing similar situations in life and remind them that they are not alone.
