Green vegetables used often are cabbage, carrot, French beans, tomatoes, onions, spring onions, garlic, capsicum and lots more. All the vegetables are rich in fibre, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, iron, folic acid and lots more. They not only keep us healthy but also keep our health and weight in check and control. Noodles and macaronis were initially made with refined flour but now ever days; all the products are available in versatile forms. Wheat noodles, Soya noodles are easily available in big cities.
