About the Author

Eddie Sherman is a 40-year veteran of daily newspaper The Honolulu Advertiser and Oahu weekly paper MidWeek. In his decades spent covering Honolulu's entertainment scene, Sherman met-and befriended- everyone from the titular Rat Pack-ers and Elvis to Muhammad Ali and Sophia Loren. After retiring from MidWeek in 2005, Sherman began work on his memoirs, as well as pursuing a variety of business interests. The result is his 200-plus-page hardcover book, Frank, Sammy, Marlon & Me. Since completing the book, Sherman has come out of retirement and now pens a column for Generations Magazine.
