Jon Scieszka is a fun and funny narrator who brings his work to life with the glee and precision of a child at play. With the help of narrator Brian Biggs, he makes scientific concepts interesting and accessible as Frank Einstein works to find ways to bring sustainable power to his hometown, and the world. Einstein, Watson, and robots Klink and Klank are brought to life with funky computerized robot voices and music as they fight against their nemeses, T. Edison and his sidekick, Mr. Chimp, who are attempting to destroy all of Midville’s power plants so the townspeople will be dependent on Edison. This is a smart and engrossing performance for all ages, and the music and sound effects create a vibrant atmosphere. K.S.B. © AudioFile 2015, Portland, Maine
