The Black Eastern Chipmunk Squad has a new member.
Elgar is straight off of the bunny sleigh and has always wanted to be a secret agent. His leader, Jasna (a girl!) is so nice that she's letting one of her men take him into the woods to train. Elgar's never been in the woods alone before, so he's super excited.
But what's he to do when he finds more than he expects during his training?
Meanwhile, Queen Lucina is waiting for the Blevins delegation to arrive. She and their leader, Arwel, are meeting to negotiate a treaty between their two peoples. Will everything go as planned or will unforeseen events create foul play?
