Overview

The book discusses the importance of forgiveness in a civilized society and as quintessential requirement for anyone seeking to enter the Kingdom of God to inherit the free gift of eternal life-- free to humanity; however, extremely costly to God and Jesus—the death of God's Son to pay the wages of sin.  Society must forgive for healing to occur after individuals intentionally in inadvertently hurt others. The book emphasizes that without forgiveness a person cannot enter God's Kingdom; because everyone has done wrong and needs forgiveness. The book includes examples of unbelievable forgiveness by God, Jesus and humans in the Bible; and extraordinary forgiveness by 'ordinary' persons of our time. The book provides examples in the Bible where forgiveness was accompanied with severe  negative consequences. The book is reader friendly and promotes forgiveness as means for emotional, psychological and spiritual healing and might contribute to the healing of our nation.
