Forever Friends: The Unending K9 Bond is a letter that began on February 24, 2009 to my Mother, knowing she would never read it. I needed to talk to her about my loss that morning, but dementia had taken over to where she no longer knew me.

This letter brings past and present details to life, with my kitty and canine companions. My Mother shared various and valuable teachings through these forty plus years, gathered from the Nebraska farm through the beginning of this illness.

The inexplicable bond and success shared with each animal friend is truly an extension of her love, knowing they are never, "just a dog" – but each a gift for a lifelong relationship and beyond.

About the Author

My story begins like so many others: growing up with an overwhelming love for dogs.
My qualifications are forty plus years of personal study with hands-on experience, and an on-going passion how the body responds to natural methods for growth, health, healing and longevity. This passion was instilled in me at a young age growing up with my family. My parents were known as "health nuts" that embarrassed me back then.

Today I am proud of who they were and what they taught me.
