About the Author

Atul Kapoor is a B.Com.(H) Graduate, from Shri Ram Collage of Commerce (2000). Born and brought up in Kanpur, he joined his family business after graduation. Many thought it wasn't the right career choice for him as he was a 'dude' and dudes pursue MBA and become investment bankers thereafter. But 'Nine to Five' format (in fact 'Nine to Eternity' format in current scenario) didn't fit into his scheme of affairs. He is a dreamer and his family business give him the liberty to chase dreams. So, he sets off at his whim to the explorative trips with a camera and unbridled imagination without having to bother to write trite 'leave applications'. Good thing about being a 'boss of oneself' is that no one can 'boss around'.

He is an avid traveller who has trekked to places as far-off as 'Gangotri' and has been on a biking expedition all the way to 'Ladakh'.

It has been just three years that he took to writing when it became almost impossible to ignore the torrent of thought inundating his mind. He has written poems and stories that he plans to get published later. Writing for him is a channel to self-discovery. It has a therapeutic effect on him. When people around him resort to two pegs for a contented sleep, he keeps things simple. He writers two pages and hits the bed.
