About the Author

Reeve Morgan was born in Cleveland, Ohio and grew up in Northeastern Ohio. Reeve joined the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam conflict, and was ordered to Gunners Mate Training at Naval Station Great Lakes, Illinois and then assigned to Mare Island Naval Station, California for Missile Launcher Training. Later he was sent to a Destroyer Escort at Long Beach Naval Station, California where he made two "WestPac" cruises to Vietnam, participated in battle campaigns and visited various exotic ports of call throughout the Pacific and China Sea. After an Honorable Discharge, Reeve was employed as a civilian by the U.S. Navy who moved him and his family to several locations including Whidbey Island, Sicily, Hawaii, and Japan.
