About the Author

Andy Dumas is a Canadian boxing coach and certified fitness consultant who works with the WBC developing "The World School of Boxing." He also hosts and produces a number of TV fitness and sports shows. He is the author of Knockout FitnessThe One-Two Punch Boxing Workout, and Successful Boxing. He lives in Ontario, Canada. Jamie Dumas studied human kinetics at the University of Waterloo, Ontario, and has extensive experience in the fitness industry. She is a trainer of fitness instructors, and develops a variety of programs and workshops for fitness clubs. Sergio Martinez is an Argentine professional boxer, and the former world middleweight champion.
