About the Author

Former frontline Ambulance crew and First Responder, I spent 10 years as an Emergency Life Support Field Trainer before going on to manage a regional Response Service.

Following some health challenges of my own I developed an interest in Physical Health Psychology and now work as a full-time Living Well Coach. Trained to deploy a range of therapeutic techniques, I work with patients struggling to navigate a complex health system, suffering health anxiety or experiencing a difficult life change, such as a bereavement or a major new diagnosis.

Proud father of two beautiful girls, I spend my spare time writing and creating digital art.
