About the Author

Justyn started training in Tae Kwon Do at the age of fourteen after being attacked in a vicious street mugging that left him temporarily blinded and in fear of venturing outside.

While studying Tae Kwon Do, Justyn also took up Karate and Kickboxing to further complement his training and widen his knowledge of the martial arts.

Throughout his 36 years, Justyn has achieved several Dan grades including a Sixth Dan in kickboxing.

An avid writer, Justyn wrote a monthly column for Martial Arts Illustrated magazine, the UK’s number one martial arts magazine for over ten years, appearing on the front cover three times.

He has also written several books on Martial Arts, one of which became the No1 Best Seller on Amazon.

Justyn has held various titles throughout his tournament years, representing England on two occasions and is considered by many as an authority on stretching and dynamic kicking.

He was recently inducted into the Martial Arts Hall of Fame.
