About the Author

Dr. Lionel Zephirin was born in Haiti, Port-Au-Prince, during the Duvalier era. He lived there until the year 1994. Being a person who enjoys adventures and loves to face life challenges, he planned to move to the US.

After moving there, he began working and earning money for his family. Along with this, he decided to educate himself further as he realized how the world was changing and one couldn’t survive without learning the demanded knowledge and skills of the upcoming age.

He started his career in management after getting his graduate degree in BBA. In the year 2001, he went to get his MBA degree which took about six years of his life. Then he continued his education and got a Doctorate degree in the year 2021.

In 2022, he became a certified HR and came up with his best management plan. From there, he moved forward to pursue a career in Human Resources while working on more books.
