This is a book of samples of my recently self-published books: Lesbians Have to Eat, Too! Stories and Memories in Food, A Natural Hair Journey Stories and Memories of a Curly Girl, and Lesbians Have to Eat, 2! More Stories, Memories and Thoughts in Food. As well as a preview to a few books I am currently working on “Pep Talks” which is a series dedicated to interview techniques, professional insight and interactive advice about interviewing in a holistic way. Then, there is “Boot Straps and High Heels” an autobiography about my military life as a closeted lesbian.

Jenice Armstead is an adjunct professor for Saint Leo University and an accomplished academic management professional with over 15 years of corporate business experience with a diversified international and domestic background. In addition, she has developed curriculum that aligns with real world practices and leverage innovation methodologies to connect with diverse students. Currently a faculty and alumni member of Saint Leo University, she has over 15 years of teaching experience both online and on-site courses.
Jenice Armstead is a self-published author and professor; her writings include expertise in human resources, business management, the federal hiring process and government hiring reform. Her writings offer various human resources, business and federal explorations and presentations about how to understand, interpret and apply for federal positions. Her background is established in human resources as she has earned her MBA with a Concentration in Human Resources from Saint Leo University, and finishing her DBA in Business from Jones International University.
