The older I get, the more I see the importance of keeping my childhood memories alive. Perhaps there is no better way to pass on the memories I had of growing up than to record these memories in a book. However, as I began to put this workbook together, I soon realized that my growing up years is not only about my memories. Those years I lived at home are shared memories with the rest of my family. I know that as each person in my family answers the questions in this book, we will compile composite memories that will help keep our childhood and teenage years alive - not just for our own sakes, but so that our kids can know how we grew up.
