Overview

Jim Gray, a first time author, shares his life and thoughts about the word FAITH and what it means to him in living out his life. After sharing with others about how he got through losing his first wife to a very rare form of cancer and several stories from his many short-term missions trips, he was encouraged to write a book about his experiences.

He met a very special woman on Christian Mingle living on the other side of the country in Washington, and just two weeks after meeting her in person, he asked her to marry him. A month later on October 2, 2013 back home in Alabama, he suffered a badly broken right leg. This accidental fall happened just six weeks before their planned wedding on November 16th, which then had to be postponed until March 29th. After five surgeries related to his leg injury, selling his home, getting married, going on a honeymoon cruise, he moved across the country to Washington while still recovering from his broken leg. He had another leg surgery in Portland, Oregon on October 20, 2014. While waiting for his leg to heal, he wrote this book.

The author shares how God revealed to him a meaning of the word FAITH, which is Facing - All – Interruptions by - Trusting in - Him. He takes the letters of the word Faith, using the above words to describe and share the many experiences and events of his life to illustrate how God has been working in and through his life, through both the good and bad times. The author shares about some of the "Divine Appointments" that he had with other people and how lives were changed.
