Faith 911
As a motocross rider/racer for nearly 30 years, G.L. Woods lived by the motto, “If you’re not crashing from time to time, you’re not riding fast enough.” Those words nearly cost him his life in 2004. At the age of 39, while riding the rugged mountain trails of West Virginia, he was ejected headfirst over the handlebars of his motorcycle – instantly paralyzing him from the neck down, similar to the late actor Christopher Reeve.

Following his devastating crash G.L. was given virtually zero chance of recovery and faced the prospect of spending the rest of his life as a quadriplegic. By God’s wonderful gift, G.L. went from being confined to a motorized wheelchair to walking again. Now he dedicates his life to spreading the message that “God still performs miracles and is willing to forgive, even when we don’t deserve it.” G.L.’s powerful testimony “Faith 911” has been aired on TV and radio throughout the Midwest. His emotional live presentation has been heard by thousands through his numerous speaking engagements including conferences, churches and universities.
