When an FBI Safe House is attacked and Dr. Jamal Khobari, former head of the Iranian nuclear weapons program, and his family are kidnapped and smuggled out of the country former Delta Force Operator turned Contractor David Fleming, now married to Dr. Khobaris' daughter, is forced to sit on the sidelines while intelligence sources race to find them. When a convoy of weapons-grade plutonium is hijacked one of the hijackers is captured alive and cooperates in order to gain a pardon.
