Overview

While serving in the United States Air Force, deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan, I experienced multiple mortar attacks along with explosions in close proximities. The battle in my mind was real after my return home. I suffered from PTSD, leaving me with many sleepless nights, night sweats, nightmares, and anxieties due to exposure to war. The root was a spirit of fear. It wasn't until I dealt with the spirit of fear, that all my trauma ceased. Since then, the Lord has shown more roots that are holding His children back. In this short read, you too can receive your healing by proclaiming God's Eternal word over your life in faith. There is tremendous power in His word.

Sonia Traut was born in Texas. After graduating High School in 1996, she enlisted into the United States Air Force. Her commitment to service, placing service before self, shifted after the events of 9/11. She served in various countries such as Korea, Iraq, and Afghanistan just to name a few in which she was pulled out of her comfort zones each time. In 2013, during her deployment to Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan, she experienced a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ. Since then, Sonia has devoted her life to the teachings and studies of the bible. She is now retired and more on fire for the Lord than ever before.
