Overview

Introducing the "Exploring Paths Daily Two-Minute After-School Gratitude Journal 30-Day Challenge For Kids,"
a comprehensive guide to developing gratitude, goal-setting, and positive thinking for kids, parents, and
classrooms.

This 30-day program is based on the successful mentorship program in NYC and encourages everyone to take
just two minutes (or more) each day to reflect on what they're thankful for, spread joy, set goals, and adopt a
growth mindset. Each journal features a bio and vision board section, as well as 30 days of worksheets and
inspirational quotes to inspire gratitude and positivity. Suitable for both kids and adults, you can get a copy for
your family or class and embark on this journey together.

Consistent repetition is key to forming healthy habits and achieving success. By working together, you can create a sense of accountability and grow closer and
happier. Plus, for every journal purchased, one will be donated to a local school or organization!

She instills those same practices in students today through her program, applications, & workbooks. Katherine

Chair for the Chinatown YMCA, has held several board positions, and has won multiple awards for her efforts
