Overview

Exploring Paths™ Ten-Minute Daily Gratitude Journal 30 Day Challenge: For Teens is a 30-day guide to cultivating gratitude, goal setting, and visioning for teens, parents, and classrooms, and is based on our successful mentorship program in NYC. Our teen version also includes a bonus of 70 additional worksheets days to round out 100-days of gratitude so that you can keep going! Our journal brings everyone together to focus for 10 minutes a day (or more if you'd like) on being thankful, building a practice of spreading joy and gratitude to others, setting daily goals, and learning to shift towards growth mindsets and positivity.

Each journal contains a bio and vision board section to fill out and 30 days of thoughtful worksheets and inspirational quotes to inspire gratitude and a growth mindset. Consistent repetition builds the neural pathways needed to form healthy habits. What better way to move towards success, create healthy accountability, and grow closer and happier than building a routine and habit that starts the day off right and together? It's great for teens and adults alike, so grab a copy for everyone in your family or class and start the journey!

For each purchase you make, one workbook will be given to a local school or youth organization.:)

About the Author

Katherine Elizabeth Long draws on her over 19 years as a tech exec. She is an author and the founder of the Exploring Paths® program in NYC and the Exploring Paths™ Web and mobile application for explorers, destinations, and subject matter experts alike. Originally from Del Rio, Texas, she spent summers in Southern Louisiana and New Orleans, has lived and studied throughout the US and Europe, and has traveled the world for work and fun. Her parents instilled gratitude and goal-setting practices in her and her brother at a young age, and it is those practices that set them up for success.

She instills those same practices in students today through her program, applications, & workbooks. Katherine holds a BA from Texas Christian University and an MSc from the London School of Economics; serves as Board Chair for the Chinatown YMCA, has held several board positions, has worked with youth for over 20 years, and has won multiple awards for her efforts with Exploring Paths, including NY'1's New Yorker of the Week & Friend of Marimekko for Int'l Women's Day. For more information on the Exploring Paths® Program, visit www.exploringpaths.org.

Elina M. Motty Long (co-author) is a teen workbook author, a retired med-tech and small business owner, and most importantly a retired high school English teacher with 29 years in the classroom. She devoted her time to holding students accountable and ensuring that they saw their own value; working in the traditional school setting as well as in juvenile detention centers. She currently resides in Louisiana, and is a proud mother of three; her eldest Katherine, her son James, a USAFA graduate & an accomplished C17 pilot, and her papillon, Gumbo. He is sure to be in toe wherever she goes.
