Overview

Flowers are forms of organisms that open up, blossom, burst into color and thrive. Flowers can wilt, dry off, when others will return, which is called a perennial. Flowers are amazing because they will grow into a variety of vivid colors. When looking at a flower, it's always interesting to see how many petals it has, or what type of leaves it has. Flowers are a fragment that helps make nature so lovely.

About the Author

A. A. Mansfield has always had a great love for flowers and gardening them. Raised in Indiana, A. A. Mansfield's mother grew all sorts of flowers around their family home. Back then, her mother's favorite were Petunias that grew in vases around the author's home. There were plenty of fruit trees that grow on the lawn, so each Spring there were plenty of fruit trees that blossomed. Today, A. A. Mansfield grows many blossomed plants and trees around her home, and on several occasions, she enjoys propagating her own plants and trees to continue the beauty of the flower.
