About the Author

I was born in Brooklyn, NY and was moved to California when I was three years old. Currently, I reside primarily in the Eastern Sierra region that serves as the setting for my novel Becoming Green, although I frequently commute to Southern California along the Highway 395 corridor that features prominent role in the novel, Exile at Dawn.

I've also written college textbooks in my field of human (medical) physiology, anatomy and physiology, and human biology. In the meantime, I'm grateful to be able to be among the people who live in and enjoy the beautiful Eastern Sierra region.
