Human beings are a weird race. We are addicted to self-destructive behavior, not out of necessity, but for pure enjoyment. We enjoy everything that is bad for us and encourage each other to join us in these ugly behaviors. We also tend to bully and malign each other for no other reason than to satisfy our own egos. Most of the time, deep down inside, we know what is the right thing to do. But for whatever reason, it is ingrained in human character to do the exact opposite of what is good. Why is everyone such a jerk, douchebag, and a knucklehead? I don't have the answer, but I do want to talk about it. Don't take everything I say as Gospel, but understand I've processed these thoughts over the years and came up with some fixes. So take this journey with me as we explore the human conscience, as we seek to understand ourselves as a race and become better.
