Every Number

Get in touch with Jayne Kinard's sizzling premiere poetry collection Every Number, featuring a prolific array of spell-binding atmosphere. Not since Hart Crane has another graced the page with such dedicated literary gymnastics.

At once brazen and terrifying, Kinard is a rider on the ages of 2019, who enjoined it to the pages, and whisked it there with an eye mellowing toward "the midnight sun". The work travels between forgotten myth and the mystical realms like a frenetic soul-seeker who zeroes in pulling the slack just when you think everything is lost.

In Silence Saints the tone is set on high-anxiety in the realms of angels as the epic begins. In dreamboat, Kinard explores a frolic with a bearded stranger who rode the rails. Later, with the bookend the gates ajar, Kinard explores the hallmarks that leave all things unfinished in the end, but that leads to rebirth and renewal.

Most importantly, Every Number places its emphasis on the unexpected with each spine-chilling verse. I am pleased to say that Kinard is an authentic poet who came from a world similar to our own. Share in or give a unique gift today!

About the Author

Jayne Kinard is a Texas author who captivated attention with her debut mammoth poetry collection Every Number first published in 2020.

Jayne's history as a writer extend back to early childhood, when she asked Santa Claus for a word processor at the age of 6. A turning point came for her in 2009, after she attended a poetry meetup where she was the only attendee.

"It was a difficult experience that changed my thoughts on what it means to be a poet. At the end of a re-evaluation of the local scene, I was determined to re-ignite the love of poetry in my hometown of San Antonio, Texas," Jayne explains.

Jayne attended Texas A&M University in College Station, where she studied Engineering. Jayne cites her experience at Aggieland with driving her motivation as a writer.

At this point in her career, as doors are open to new possibilities, Jayne has a passion for underground films and anything to do with Hart Crane, her favorite poet and inspiration. Jayne is on twitter @JayneKinard.
