About the Author

Sharon Jackson is the owner of Array of Light Home Care. Sharon is also a published author of Every Moment Needs Some Light. She has served as a youth pastor. Along with currently the assistant pastor at Fresh Fire Family Ministry. Sharon has served in the roles of Motivational Speaker, Spiritual Counselor, and Mentor. Belonging to such organizations as Divas 4 Divas (D4D) which is a non-profit that provides countless hours of community service. Also serving on the Virtual Psi Ministries as well as Strong Women in Christ ministry as a community advocate, she serves as the president of her local child care organization Connecting Communities Together Association.
Sharon has held numerous supervisory positions for such organizations as Brantwood Children’s Home, and Array of Light Child Development Center to name a few. Sharon’s educational background includes an associate degree in Early Care and Education and she is currently attending the University of Alabama obtaining her bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and Human Development where she has been listed and has been inducted into Phi Sigma Theta National Honor Society. She was honored with the 2020 Terri Lynne Lokoff/Children’s Tylenol National Child Care Teacher Award for Alabama.
She has also been nationally recognized by the National Association for Family Child Care as an accredited home provider. She also holds a 5-star rating with the Alabama Department of Human Resources Stars of Excellence Credential making her the only 5-star rated family home in Millbrook Alabama. Through all of her achievements, Sharon still humbles herself to say that her greatest achievement is her family. She gives glory to God for her two beautiful children and her bonus son along with, 3 brothers and 6 sisters.
