Dealing with a water heater can be a pain and I've been looking for a good reference on the topic. This book is about as good as it gets. The author obviously knows his stuff and does a terrific job of explaining how water heaters work and, even more importantly, how to go about choosing a unit that not only works well, but also has excellent energy efficiency. I would definitely recommend to any homeowner.
