About the Author

David Frazer is the founder and senior partner of the law firm Frazer, Ryan, Goldberg & Arnold in Phoenix, Arizona. He received his undergraduate and law school degrees from the University of Michigan. His professional career included a clerkship for the chief Judge of the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, which was followed by several years as a trial attorney with the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. This was followed by private practice in New York City and Phoenix. His expertise includes estate and corporate tax planning, charitable organizations, income tax litigation, and estate administration. Frazer has authored over forty articles in local and national publications and was a frequent speaker at conferences around the country on tax issues and ethics. He has been a guest lecturer of the American Society of CPAs, an instructor at Arizona State University Law School, and a guest lecturer at the University of Michigan Law School.
