Estate Heist
If you have a Will or Trust directing action at the end of your life, Estate Heist is a must read for the financial security of your loved ones. It has all the makings of a Hollywood Blockbuster--tragedy, death, deceit, and a multimillion dollar scam. It would be very entertaining unless you were Shirley and Ron Campbell, the actual victims of this true story. This is the incredible saga of two hardworking and caring people that were blindsided by devious family members. This saga is a cautionary tale that will make you want to review your Will and other important documents.
Blood is thicker than water. That's what we are taught. The family unit is the cornerstone of the American way of life. Your family should have your back and be prepared to give you the shirt off theirs. Family should be about unconditional love and trust. These are principles we hold as true and that make up the backbone of America. Ron and Shirley believed this wholeheartedly until they realized that the wool was pulled over their eyes.
Imagine those you trust most betraying you in the worst possible way. Shirley and Ron were a victim of that violation. Once again, the events in this story are absolutely true. The story is narrated by Ron in first person. He tells his story of greed and deceit. As you read on, you will be amazed how a Will sitting in a safety deposit box mysteriously disappears. How, through underhanded manipulation, two nephews, who happened to be bedside when their Uncle died, hatched a plan to hijack a five-million-dollar estate. How they managed to access a safety deposit box that only the deceased owner and Shirley Campbell, the executor, should have had access to. Read how they stole a fortune in gold coins and the Will and then manipulated the legal system to get away with it. This is living proof that the love of money is the root of all evil. This is Estate Heist, the true story of how two nephews conspired to take control of a large estate they had no right to. This is a thrilling page turner that will have you shaking your head in disbelief.
Once you read this you will wonder if your Will or Trust will be executed according to your will. This is both an incredible story and a cautionary tale you can't afford not to read.

About the Author

The Author is a retired Federal Employee who worked for 25 years, both for the Federal Aviation Administration and NORAD in Colorado Springs, CO. I never had any inkling that I would write a manuscript on the pitfalls of anything other than playing tennis. On the other hand, I never thought in my wideness dreams that after my brother-in-law died, that I would be compel to complied this story, hoping in some way that it may reach other folks nearing death and revisit their Estate documents to make sure they are in order!

I am a business man who has made plenty of deals in my career as a general partner of a successful real estate company and the one thing I learned right from the get-go, you must be fair with people and set you up as an example. They must know your someone who can be trusted all the way! My company started with $ 1500.00 in 1970 and we were able to purchase 4 units. The owner carried back the mortgage. He knew he had our trust to pay on that note every month. We gained the trust of a mortgage banker and from that association and repayment of payments we were able to own a shopping complex. He trusted us both in business and friendship and because of that, TandC Enterprises was very successful.
I am currently the Director of a non-profit organization that supplies "Comfort Items" to homeless and less-fortunate families with children in Yavapai County.

This Estate case may be closed but if I can reach out through my words to protect this from ever happening to anyone else, I will feel very blessed thankful I could help!
