About the Author

Relying on experiences as a paratrooper and commissioned officer in the U.S. Army, and with over two and a half decades as a chemistry instructor, department chair, divisional director, dean of instruction, and vice-chancellor for teaching and learning, Tony Holland has given over 100 presentations on teaching, learning, and leading at multiple state and national conferences, as well as over 60 colleges and universities around the country.
