About the Author

Dr. J. I. Ugwulali is a lecturer in the Department of Accounting and Finance at Caleb University, Imota, Lagos. He has over 20 years combined experience in banking, Information Technology and Lecturing. He worked for both FBN (Merchant Bankers) Limited and First Bank of Nigeria for over fifteen years. He had his Bachelors' and Master degrees in Accounting from the University of Lagos and Ph.D. in Forensic Accounting from California University FCE. He also obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Joseph has made a lot of contributions in professional circles and mentoring of young professionals. The author is equally a Certified Forensic Accountant.
He was a one-time managing director and CEO of Infotech Risks Security Limited - a foremost SAP Partner firm in Nigeria. His vast experiences in both the public and private sectors of the economy have been brought to bear in the writing of this text. Students, Professionals and researchers who would like to get basic knowledge of Forensic Accounting will be delighted to read the book.
