About the Author

Mary Ellen Munoz Page is a former bilingual training specialist and Spanish professor at the University of Florida, Gainesville. She received a B.A. in Spanish and history and an M.A. in Spanish from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio. As a professor, Ms. Munoz Page received three "Voyages of Discovery" mini-grants to develop cultural modules on Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Spain.
